Symptom: When Agents have a mix of day and night shifts in their workshift for the same week, the schedule doesn't reflect the right hours. Conditions: 1-Create a work condition 2-Create a workshift with a mix of day and night shifts 3-Associate the work condition to the work shift 4-Associate the workshift to an agent 5-Run the schedule If you look at created workshift, the hours are different from the schedule time.
