Symptom: Intraday - Supervisor Report - Calls do not add up for each 30 minutes interval Under intraday supervisor menu CSQ:View Calls option all values are not adding up correctly to reflect a 30 minute interval data Conditions: Customer has CSQ Historical pulls data every 15 minutes interval. When they go into Intraday Supervisor report, they only see 30 minutes interval instead of 15 minutes. The problem now is that the 30 interval should add up the previous 15 minutes interval to get the total for the latest 30 minutes interval, but WFM did not do this.
