Description (partial)

Symptom:
With skinny inspection enabled, and the ip phone sending a fragmented/segmented skinny packet. It might be that the FWSM is dropping this reassembled packet after inspection because it fails to fragment it again (DF bit gets set).

Conditions:
a skinny device is sending a large fragmented/segmented packet which after reassembly exceeds the outgoing interface MTU.
