Description (partial)

Symptom:
An SA520 configured to support IP version 6 fails to establish connectivity over a PPPoE WAN connection.  IP version 4 operates correctly.  The SA520 rejects the IPV6CP conf request from the PPPoE headend.

Conditions:
The WAN port is configured to use PPPoE and the SA520 has IPv6 support enabled.
