Description (partial)

Vlan services on Generic VNE in CE setup might not be discovered properly. Also service links notifications for other VNEs that were started at the same time might not be sent for GUI clients
Also when we have a Generic VNE with a Ethernet or Lag link to a 2nd device, when we open a vlan of the 2nd device we won't see service links for that vlan. This is because the Generic VNE is missing some modeling information,which fails the service links calculation code.
