Description (partial)

Symptom:
Misleading error message when running EDMT on an Outbound Option database that has already been upgraded.

Conditions:
This will happen when you try to run EDMT on an Outbound Option baDB that has already been upgraded to the latest version. User will receive an error: "Unsupported schema version of Cisco Unified ICM/CCE/CCH: 8.0"

The message is correct for an HDS or Logger DB though: "Database is already at Cisco Unified ICM/CCE/CCH 8.0 or higher (127)".
