Description (partial)

Symptom:
Upon a fresh install of Windows 7 Enterprise 64bits OS and a new install of CUCIMOC (msi), I was NOT able to move forward after accepting the license agreement.

Conditions:
Upon a fresh install of Windows 7 Enterprise 64bits OS and a new install of CUCIMOC (msi), I was NOT able to move forward after accepting the license agreement.
 I did scroll down the license agreement to the end and selected the option to accept. Clicking on the "Next" button only brings up the error message "Please read the LIcense Agreement to the end to proceed to the next step.."

In addition, I am NOT able to close the Installation window and requires me to open the Task Manager and kill the process.
