Description (partial)

Symptom:
Excessive traffic loss during an IC-SSO environment switchover.

Conditions:
In an IC-SSO environment, if the remote deivce is using IPCP to negotiate its IP address from the ASR9k using the "ppp ipcp peer-address default " command, the ASR9k does not populate the IP-FRR backup route.
