Description (partial)

Meetingplace 7 with 180 Voice Ports.
These Ports will be reserved for Regular meetings. The User can not schedule a meeting, if the required number of ports is not available.

Szenario 1)
Reservationless Meetings are disabled on the MP7 app server, but the scheduling option is still visible.
If user are using the reservationless option, the meeting can be scheduled (no error message), but the meeting is not visible in Meeting Manager and can not be accessed from any user.

Szenario 2)
Reservationless Meetings are enabled on the MP7 app server.
I have to assign some of the 180 licensed ports for these reservationless meetings.
But if more user than expected use the reservationless option, it could come to an overbooking situation, because ports for reservationless metteings are not reserved from MP7
On the other Hand, if nobody uses the reservationless option, the maximum usable port capacity is reduced.

Szenario 1 should be treated as a bug, because a user can schedule a meeting, but nothing happens in the MP7 System. The Meeting can not be accessed.
Szenario 2 works from the technical point of view, but the customer must pay for more ports than he can really use.
