Description (partial)

Symptom: Interface drops seen when ASA overloaded which are persisten when the load is removed.
Conditions: This problem was seen when the ASA was attached to a tester. When Multicast traffic in excess of 370000 PPS was sent across an interface until such time as drops where seen on the interface. After the load is reduced the drops are seen to continue on the input error counters. This issue was only seen once an could not be reproduced in further tests.
