Cisco Bug: CSCte45481 - 2lines 'logging monitor <level>' appear on config after applying the cmd

Symptom: When you apply 'logging monitor <level>' command on N5K with 4.1(3)Nx.(xx), you will see 2 same lines 'logging monitor <level>' in running-config. <level> : 0~4,6~7 (if you set level as 5, you will not see these lines because 5 is default value) N5010_006-05(config)# logging monitor 1 N5010_006-05(config)# sh run version 4.1(3)N2(1a) : logging monitor 1 <<-these same lines appears like this logging monitor 1 <<- N5010_006-05(config)# Conditions: Upgrading firmware to 4.1(3)N1(1) and later.
