Symptom:
Different behavior of outgoing call depending on preceding call 

Conditions:
1.Scenario
Login agent and make him ready
Inbound call - Abandoned while ringing at agent's phone
Set agent not ready
Place an outgoing call to a valid target
Target accepts call
--> A message appears on ICWC: "Confirm contact information"
2.Scenario
Login agent and make him ready
Inbound call - Accept it an handle it 
Set agent not ready
Place an outgoing call to a valid target
Target accepts call
--> NO message appears on ICWC
