Description (partial)

user failed to schedule / join webex meeting after changing the userID

running MP webex version and got the following error when joining the meeting room:

1) changed an existing alias name from "test1" to "test2".

2) login to web server as "test2" and scheduled a meeting.

3) hit "connect" to join the meeting, but got the error saying "operation failed".

4) dialed into the meeting and audio is working fine.

this happens during the Calendaring test in Connection, in the Connection SA, it allows the user to schedule and join meeting in MP 8.0 using either the Connection user alias or some userID provided by user.

In the case of using other userID, the admin will create a MP profile using "test1" as the userID, and provide "test1" as the login user in Connection.

Connection also supports schedule and join meeting using the connection user alias "test2", in that case the admin will have to change the profile in MP userID from "test1" to "test2" so that connection is able to access MP. In this scenario the audio works fine after the userID changes, but the webex returns error when joining the meeting room.
