Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Consult call fails intermittently Conditions: Agent when initiates a Consult Call based on the destination set in the Peripheral Call Variable(destination is read from the call variable entered by the Agent), the call fails intermittently. Agent need to try 3-4 times to have the call established.
