Symptom: Agents are receiving reservation calls from the UCCE dialer, with: - Empty Enterprise Data - sometimes with a number of other agents listed in the call activity pane. Conditions: 1) Agent might be not answering the call, because he might have gone out for a short break/lunch. or 2) Accept button is not enabled or grayed out on the CAD desktop due to which agent is not able to answer the call.
