Description (partial)

Unity Connection 7.x
When using a Directory Handler to locate users, there is an inconsistency on how Unity Connection presents the results before transferring.

When BOTH conditions exist:
- voice mail subscriber has no recorded name
- single match has been made
Then the resulting prompt ONLY plays the "for [automated voice of the persons first and last name], press #".

When EITHER condition below exists:
- there is a spoken name recorded
- there is more than one match found, the resulting prompt will be, "for [recorded spoken name] or [automated voice of the persons first and last name], at extension XXXX, press #".

Unity Connection 7.1(3)
