Description (partial)

Symptom:
Can't remove rate-mode dedicated force from interface on N7K-M132XP-12

Conditions:
rate-mode dedicated is configured on interface
and/or
system defaults to L2 and "no shut"
Module type is : N7K-M132XP-12

Workaround(s):
There are a few known workarounds:
1. Move the entire port-group into another VDC and then back to the original vdc. 
This will put the ports into default state.
or erase the config, and rebuild the config without rate-mode dedicated force
configured on any ports in the ame port-group / interfaces

2. Remove the N7K-M132XP-12 from the chassis. Insert another type of linecard on the slot. Enter do a copy run start. Remove the linecard and re-insert the N7K-M132XP-12 back to the slot.

3. Remove the N7K-M132XP-12 from the chassis. Enter command purge module  run. Then, insert the N7K-M132XP-12 back to the switch.
