Description (partial)

Symptom:
If cookie insert is configured on the CSM, by default, CSM will insert Jan.1, 2010 (or Jan.1, 2015 as of 4.2(13) release) in the "expires" attribute of the inserted cookie string

Conditions:
Cookie insert is configured and environmental variable COOKIE_INSERT_EXPIRATION_DATE is not configured
