Description (partial)

Symptom:
During upgrading from 4.2 to 5.0 ,Client information is not upgrading properly.
Upgrade works fine otherwise.

This causes validation errors as below after upgrade :

Validating //localhost...
Saving //localhost...
The following warnings were found:
    /Radius/Clients/localhost/Protocol: Value not set.
    /Radius/Clients/poova/Protocol: Value not set.
    /Radius/Clients/raticate/Protocol: Value not set.

Conditions:

Upgrade from any older version to 5.0, with some existing client configuration.
