Description (partial)

When in the Ciscopca Unity Inbox Deleted items, if user clicks on the quickplay speaker, the message dies not play. No errors are given.

UC 7.1.2 or 7.1.3
Client PC has been Windows XP SP2 or SP3
Browser used ranges from IE6, IE7, IE8.
Java used has been 1.6 update 5, update 13, and update 17.

User logs into ciscopca and selects Unity Inbox.
User clicks View Deleted Items
User clicks the Quickplay speaker for the desired message and message is not attempted to be played.
