Description (partial)

When configured for the DE locale, 500 series IP phones will not properly translate the PickUp and GPickUp softkeys.

This issue seems to occur regardless of CME version or phone firmware.

The following dictionary file is in flash:

CME Configuration:

tftp-server flash:CP_521_524_Dictionary/Germany/de_v_22_0_c.xml alias German_Germany/524-dictionary.xml

 user-locale DE

From the debugs, you can see the phone pull the German 524-dictionary file correctly. This file contains the proper translation for PickUp and GPickUp.

However, immediately after this, the phone pulls the German SCCP-dictionary.xml file. If you issue the command: more system:/its/germany/SCCP-dictionary.xml, you will see the following:

<phrase i="118" t="GPickUp"/>
<phrase i="117" t="PickUp"/>

It appears that the SCCP-dictionary.xml file is the source if the issue. This file needs to be corrected to reflect the proper translation
