Description (partial)

Symptom:

In order to sign in to VisualVoicemail, user is required to add prefix digits to prefilled extension on login screen

Conditions:

Only happens when there is a mismatch of extension length between connection/unity and CUCM.

For example:
- cxn cluster with 8 digit extensions
- multiple CUCM integrations with 5 digit extensions
- TUI is accessed via Voice mail Box mask (which achieves the 5->8 translation)
VisualVoicemail prepopulates login screen with 5 digit extension.
User is required to add 3 digit prefix on each login.
