Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications - Enterprise

Known Affected Releases

7.1(1)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When SOAP timer fires no Sametime PCAP log messages indicate the timer caused the disconnect.

This defect is an enhancement to add an informative log message for this condition.

Conditions:
CUPS takes longer than 5 seconds in 7.1.1 and earlier, or longer than 30 seconds in 7.1.2 and later to respond to a SOAP request.

The Sametime PCAP client disconnects with an error but does not say the error is a time out condition.
