Known Affected Releases
Symptom: For some IVR based outbound calls with "Terminate Tone Detect enabled in configuration", on detecting Answering machine, the Dialer is not detecting the Termination Tone and hence not transferring the call immediately to the IVR, when the Termination tone is actually observed. Conditions: UCCE with Cisco Outbound Option. Normal condition with recommended CPA registry settings.
