Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Calling and original calling fields in CAD-BE are unavailable. Conditions: Caller calls RP and goes to CAD-BE agent A who answers. A makes call from his secondary extension to CAD agent B who answers. A does JAL such that call ends on secondary extension. CAD-BE A does blind transfer to RP which goes to CAD-BE agent C. While it is ringing on C, the calling and original calling fields are <Unavailable> in CAD-BE C. When C answers, calling and original calling fields changes to A's NON ICD extension.
