Cisco Bug: CSCte29224 - Consult call visible after dropping original ACD call on non ACD line
Apr 05, 2010
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Consult call on non ACD line remains visible in CAD-BE and CSD when original ACD call on non ACD line is dropped. Conditions: Caller calls RP and goes to CAD-BE agent A who answers. ] A makes call from his secondary extension to CAD agent B who answers. A does JAL such that call ends on secondary extension. Drop call from agent B. Initiate conference (but don't compelte it) from CAD-BE agent A from his secondary extension to another CAD-BE agent C who answers. Caller now drops call. Only consult call from A's secondary extension to agent C remains and is displayed in CAD-BE and both CAD-BE nodes in CSD. Expected: Consult call should not be display in CAD-BE or under CAD-BE for A node in CSD once original ACD call drops.
