Symptom: As per the help page for "Add New Synthetic Phone", the MAC address can be provided including hyphen(-). For such MAC address format, 17 characters will be required but the field "MAC address" only accepts 12 characters. The total acceptable character should be increased to 17. Conditions: 1) Login to CER. 2) Go to ERL Membership-> Synthetic phone. 3) Try to provide MAC address including hyphen (-). The available space is not sufficient.
