Cisco Bug: CSCte21960 - Maximum number of open tickets should be changed to 15,000
Dec 07, 2010
- Cisco Prime Network
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: The Cisco ANA sustained events/sec rate, with the current correlation ratio affects the calculation of expected number of open tickets. In addition, there is a known system limitation n supporting more than 15,000 open tickets in the database. The main affect is on the memory footprint of the gateway when running large amount of NBI and GUI operations, and specifically maintaining open maps with large amount of open tickets. Conditions: This is a system limitation, under all conditions.
