Cisco Bug: CSCte20233 - BACnet Server maximum packet size handling incorrect
May 17, 2010
- Cisco Network Building Mediator
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: NBM BACnet Server response is longer than client device requested. Conditions: When a bacnet device sends an I-AM message, one of the items included is the maximum packet size it desires. In Confirmed Service Requests, there is a field specifying the maximum packet size for the response. The BACnet Server object was ignoring these values and using the native length for the type of physical channel being used.
