Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unity Servers

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
dbWalker logs an error like the following:
*** Starting location object walk ***
    Checking cross box transfer and login tables
1628:(error) The LocationTransfer table includes an entry that points to a location not found in the GlobalLocations table.  LocationObjectId={xxxxxx}
    This could mean a transfer or login string was added for a Unity server that has since been removed from the network.
    This can be fixed by loading the 'Location Options' page in the SA - it will offer to automatically remove invalid references in this table

Conditions:
When there are invalid entries in the LocationTransfer table, and dbWalker is run.
