Description (partial)

When load balancing and shared licensing are in use, each member of the cluster updates the loadbalncing master with the number of licenses installed on itself + number of licenses available in the network. This number is considered as the limit of sessions that the device can take and is used in calculatig the load percentages which in turn is used for load balancing. If shared licensing is disabled, the members are still reporting the same limit. They should report the licenses installed on them only.

Load balancing and shared licensing shoule be configured
