Invoke AM schedule trace setting and collection feature; create a job to change trace level for a component but do NOT select the option to collect traces.  

- Open AM "Job Status", select the new job; click on "Clone".  When the dialog is opened, click on "customize" button; find the component configured above and verify that it has trace collection option selected

- Close RTMT and launch it again.  When the job is recovered, it will try to collect traces for the same component.
