Description (partial)

Symptoms: A router may unexpectedly reload due to software forced crash because
of chunk memory corruption.

Conditions: The crash appears to happen when using the clientless web proxy
method. The crash is triggered by accessing a webpage through the SSL VPN with
a URL longer than 1009 characters long.
