Symptom:
When the PAT IP reaches more than 90% utilization, the time taken to allocate a
free port for subsequent PAT allocation increases exponentially.
 
Conditions:
The issue happens when there is only one IP in the nat pool and most of the
ports having been allocated along with a very high rate of traffic is hitting
the box.
