Description (partial)

When the following setting is configured: c3gConnectionStatusChangedNotifFlag.15 x ff80  i.e. 
snmpset -v 2c -c private CISCO-WAN-3G-MIB::c3gConnectionStatusChangedNotifFlag.15 x ff80
CISCO-WAN-3G-MIB::c3gConnectionStatusChangedNotifFlag.15 = BITS: FF 80 unknown(0) error(1) connecting(2) dormant(3) connected(4) disconnected(5) idle(6) active(7) inactive(8)

and the router left alone, eventually the router will start sending traps every two seconds, informing of its status - inactive, and the connected network. The connection status remains unchanged, but the traps keep coming.
