Symptom: Only one side of the Router process crashes with the following call stack: Call stack: Address Frame 0041900C 0012ED80 Call_Data::HandleRequeryEventReport+49C 0041A445 0012EE14 Call_Data::HandleCallEventReport+1A5 004A4661 0012EE38 SetCallID+C1 004A8168 0012FE58 ProcessINRCMsg+408 00503974 0012FEB0 MDSGetHandle+154 00505CED 0012FEC8 MDSStartClient+2AD 004E04FE 0012FF08 RouterInput::MDSInput+FE 004AAD02 0012FF24 RouterMain::Execute+592 004F09AA 0012FF38 Reader::SingleCommand+CA 004AA635 0012FF60 main+95 0062077E 0012FFC0 mainCRTStartup+143 77E6F23B 0012FFF0 ProcessIdToSessionId+209 Conditions: The reason why only one side of the Router crashes, and the fact that the issue is sporadic (Router doesn't crash always for Customer, even though the same call flow executes periodically - "Customer Aborts call after Router picks Agent with Re-query enabled"), points to a rare condition where the OS cleans up the deleted memory location, in between the processing of the Call Event Report of "REQUERY_ABORTED" (5) from CVP. Ideally, there should never have been an attempt to access the deleted memory location.
