Description (partial)

Symptoms: The <CmdBold>no spanning-tree vlan [vlanno]<noCmdBold> command is 
not removed on standby alone.

Conditions: The symptom is observed under the following conditions:

*the <CmdBold>no spanning-tree vlan <noCmdBold><CmdArg>vlanno<noCmdArg> 
command is configured first
*the <CmdBold>default spanning-tree vlan <noCmdBold><CmdArg>vlan-
range<noCmdArg> command is entered next
*the vlanno falls within the designated range, but the last vlan number in 
the range does not have "no spanning-tree vlan <>" configured for that.
