Cisco Bug: CSCte14924 - SIP phones failed to set up conference with Automatic record enabled

Description (partial)

Symptom:

 there are 3 phones,  phone A,B,C, phone A's automatic recording option is enable. 

1.A call B, B answer,  recorder phones ring, but do not answer it,
2.  B press "conf" softkey to conf C. 
3. C answer. 
4. B press "conf" again to complete the conference

Here is the problem:
Phone A dropped the  call as soon as B press "conf" softkey. "Setup failed" display on A's status line.

if ' automatic recording" option is disabled, conference can setup successfully.
