User  to schedule a meeting with large number of invitees via web. When adding a user which their account is locked , it only add the user name and the user without an email address . In comparison other users when entering their user name , the drop down window showing the user name and email and when you select and click it works fine. 

it will add the user with email address field blank and it does not take the insertion of email address. 

these type of users can not be deleted from the list of invitee's
