Symptom: Tomcat and CTIManager experience high CPU after a network connection disruption between the primary and secondary IPMA servers. This high CPU remains until the Tomcat service is restarted. Conditions: CUCM cluster running a primary and secondary IPMA pair. IPMA server configured to point at a Primary CTIManager on another node. IPMA server loses and then gains connection to CTIManager on that node due to network interruption.
