Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call transfer failure with memory leaks on SIPCME
Conditions:
Call transfer failure with memory leaks is observed on SIPCME1 in the below setup

Topology:
========

SIPPh1--SIPCME1--(sip)CUBE(sip)--SIPCME2--SIPPh2, SIPPh3

Callflow:
=======

SIPPh1 calls SIPPh2 and call gets connected. 
SIPPh2 does blind transfer to SIPPh3.
All the phones are simulated using camelot tool.

From the debugs, it seems SIPCME1 is sending INVITE/UPDATE requests continuously after call transfer and memory leaks given below are observed on SIPCME1
