Description (partial)

When Layer 2 Protocol Tunneling is configured on ingress non-ES with dot1q-tunnel and "l2protocol-tunnel cos 7", egress CoS value from the ES port is set to 0 for CDP, LACP and UDLD.
When the egress port is non-ES port, the CoS is set correctly for CDP, LACP and UDLD according to "l2protocol-tunnel cos 7" command. CE (6500 VSS) to CE LACP or UDLD (which is L2PT tunneled) cannot be prioritized on the egress ES port and would be discarded when output congestion occurs or traffic shaping is activated on the ES port.

Egress port is ES port, Layer 2 Protocol Tunneling and dot1q-tunnel are configured at ingress port.
