In the Web GUI of a WLC running, the Setting "Maximum Number of Telnet Sessions" limits both Telnet and SSH.

If, the "Maximum Number of Telnet Sessions" is set to 0, a new SSH session will result in error:

"Sorry, maximum number of connections reached"
