Description (partial)

When both ipv4 and ipv6 are configured on the interface(which is the outgoing interface for the traffic), MPLS code always picks the ipv4 MTU for adjacency programming. This would result in programming a wrong mtu when we install tag2ipv6 adjacency entry where we might end up installing the IPv4 MTU in place of IPv6 MTU.

If we have both Ipv6 and IPv6 configured on the interface which is the outgoing interface for the traffic.
