Cisco Bug: CSCte05552 - Third phone does not disconnect properly after CUCM failover

Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco UC Integration(TM) for Microsoft Office Communicator

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

User A (dn4003) calls user B (dn4001) and user C (dn4004) in a ad-hoc conference call. Make the active call manager unavailable by stopping CM service or disconnect the ethernet cable. This will force the CUCIMOC clients to point to the Call Manager Subscriber node.
Hang up user A and user B. Expected result is for user C to hang up and the conversation pane to go away. The actual result is that the conversation pane GUI stays up and its displaying an active call.
Tested with Cisco Call Manager version 6.1.4
CUCIMOC 8 running on window Vista OS
