Description (partial)

Symptom:
WAE raises a certificate pending expiry or certificate expired alarm. Optimized connections continue to work with no impact.

Conditions:
The WAE may raise certificate pending expiry or certificate expired alarms for
certificates imported by administrators; these alarms can be cleared by
replacing these imported certificates with fresh certificates.
