Symptom: As the number of RTA servivces ramped up, the number of ftp-push requests that could hit with in a second grow equally. If the requests are validated by checking the state of the content with the database, then they could create enough io pressure and get delayed. The default number of threads is set to 32, so if the requests are more than 32 in the incoming qeue then the rest all also get delayed accordingly. The ftp-push requests are validated with the database becuase the contents are provisioned 5 hrs ahead of ftp-push and there are chances that the record does not exist in the ContentStore cache any more. Conditions: 1: Provision the contents few hrs ahead of ftp-push and keep on accessing the MOD (8000) contents. 2: Create a bursts of requests (100-300) with in a second, while database is quite busy on doing lot of other things (e.g. closing the previous rta cycle, serving the content validation for session setup requests., returnRoutings..etc)
