Symptom:
SAP End Call During WrapUp Fails To Set Agent To Ready


Conditions:
SAP Connector 1.0.1

- User received call, ended call as normal (NO transfer)

- User went into wrap up

- User pressed 'end call' in order to make themselves 'ready'. To the
agent it now appears they are in a ready state, however, the Cisco back end shows them still in Wrap Up - i.e. the End Call button has not made the user ready again. 

- The user then simply waits until it's realised this is the case
