Description (partial)

Symptom:

When trying to copy a file that has zero size to flash the ASA will give an error.

If you try to do it using tftp it will report
%Error copying tftp://<ip addr>/.../<filename> (Operation aborted. Source file blank)

Trying to do it with ASDM, ASDM will give an error screen saying

Error occurred in performing File Transfer

Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL:
https://<ip addr>/admin/disk0/<filename>


Conditions:
Trying to copy a zero size file to flash on an ASA.
