Description (partial)

Symptom:
When 2 CUCIMOC endpoints are on a consumer class switch such as a Linksys Gigabit Workgroup switch and they exchange HD video, they may see video impairments such as ghosting, smearing or streaking on both sides

Conditions:
The CUCIMOC endpoints should be connected to the network using a consumer class switch such as a Linksys Gigabit Workgroup switch. It is only when they are exchanging HD video at 30 frames per second that they may see video impairments.
